You are a citizen of a state outside the Schengen agreement and also live in a country outside of the Schengen agreement, you must provide your passport with a maximum of 3-month-old entry stamp.
DOCUMENTATION OF THE CURRENT RESIDENCE AND FAMILY STATUS
The record must contain the following: Name, address, at least for the past year, date of birth, and current family.
You are not a citizen of the state in which you reside at the moment, has to be of the same proof from your home country.
The proof must not be older than 4 months.
DIVORCE/DEATH CERTIFICATE
Was one of the parties or both parties were married previously, we ask for the submission of the divorce certificate/death certificate. In the event that the certificates are not in Europe, in the USA, Canada, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Australia, or new Zealand, have been issued, must be provided the certificates with a legalization/apostille endorsement - see below.
The divorce decree must be provided with a date when it takes effect.
